This knife has been designed with a long handle to give extra cutting power for working on even the hardest feet.
The blade is made from A2 tool steel and hardened to 55 Rockwell. This knife is ideally suited for symmetrical trimming of frogs.
Maintenance:
To sharpen the knife a polishing mop is recommended with the use of a polishing soap. Done regularly this will avoid the need to grind the blade.
